π¬ Connect YouTube
Set up your Google Cloud credentials, then authorize LoopReel to publish Shorts to your channel.
Create a Google Cloud Project
You need a Google Cloud project to get API credentials. This is free and takes about 2 minutes.
β Open Google Cloud Console
- 1Go to console.cloud.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
- 2Click "Create Project". Name it anything (e.g. "LoopReel").
- 3Wait a few seconds for the project to be created, then continue.
Enable YouTube Data API v3
Your project needs access to the YouTube API. Click the link below β it should take you directly to the enable page.

- 1Make sure your new project is selected at the top of the page.
- 2Click the blue "Enable" button.
- 3Once enabled, come back here.
Create OAuth 2.0 Credentials
You need a Web Application OAuth client to let LoopReel access your YouTube account.
β Open Credentials Page
- 1On the credentials page, click "Create Credentials" β "OAuth client ID".
- 2If prompted, configure the OAuth consent screen first. Set it to External, add your email, save and continue.
- 3Application type: Web application.
- 4Under Authorized redirect URIs, add this exact URL:
Add this redirect URI:
https://loopreel.polsia.app/api/auth/youtube/callback
- 5Click "Create". Copy the Client ID and Client Secret shown.
Connect Your YouTube Account
Almost done! Click below to authorize LoopReel to upload Shorts to your channel. You'll be taken to Google to approve access.
- 1Click "Connect YouTube" below.
- 2Sign in with the Google account that owns your YouTube channel.
- 3Click "Allow" to grant upload access.
- 4You'll be redirected back here and see a β
confirmation.

LoopReel will now automatically publish your Shorts.
